As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, ACCC is always interested in consumer finances. In the month of December, our poll focused on finding out what your money personality is. Are you a saver or a spender? Based on the response we received for the poll, almost 34% of the respondents said they were spenders. An alarming 8% of respondents said they were savers. The rest of the respondents considered them to be in the middle. Also, 26% of the respondents said that they are saving for a vacation or trip. Saving for a house came next with 13%. Furthermore, 12% said they were saving for a car. Both the savers and spenders mainly save for vacations. However, your money personality is a key determinant the health of personal finances.
